Store registration and expiry dates, and allow calendar reminders for renewals.
Open, edit, autosave, and share XML database files between installations.
Domain Manager is aimed at individuals and small businesses that want to keep track of their own and their clients’ domains and hosting plans. It stores domains, hosting plans, providers, owners, prices, notes, and custom tags.
The interface uses separate tabs for Domains, Hosting Plans, Owners, Providers, and Tags. Add items from the toolbar, menu, or table context menu, then fill in as much or as little detail as needed.
Dynamic sidebars filter the current section by owner, provider, hosting plan, or tags. The search field narrows the table by text fields, helping you find entries quickly.
Domain records can include domain name, registration date, expiry date, hosting plan, registrar, owner, price, tag, notes, and optional website thumbnails.
The app opens the last used database file on launch or creates a new one. You can also create and open files manually, edit multiple files, and share XML files with another Domain Manager installation.
Hosting plan records store plan name, expiry date, provider, owner, price, tag, notes, and the number of domains assigned to the plan.
Owner and provider sections keep contact details, websites, tags, and notes together, while Domain Manager tracks how many domains and hosting plans are connected to each record.
Each section can print table data. Preferences let you choose visible columns, font, and size, and Page Setup can scale wide tables to fit the page.
Tags are color-coded labels for domains, hosting plans, owners, and providers. They give you a custom classification system for priorities, renewal decisions, clients, or any workflow you define.
