When you submit the contact form, we process the following data:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if provided;
• the content of your message;
• the time of submission.

Technical data such as your IP address and browser user agent may also appear in application and infrastructure security logs.

We use contact-form data for the following purposes:

• responding to enquiries and requests for quotations;
• communicating with you about your enquiry;
• detecting abuse, spam, and automated submissions;
• maintaining the security of the website and related services.

When your enquiry concerns a quotation or the use of a service, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other enquiries and for preventing spam and abuse, processing is based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to incoming enquiries and protecting the website.

Data submitted through the contact form is not stored as a separate customer record in the website database. The message is delivered to us by email. Related technical data may appear in application and infrastructure logs.

The data may be accessed only by people involved in handling enquiries and, to the extent necessary for their services, by our hosting, email, and operations providers. We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain contact data for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on the enquiry, manage the related business relationship, or handle possible legal claims. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymise the data. Retention of technical logs is limited according to security and operational needs.
